Please note that AVG MyAccount password and the password to protect the application settings need not be same.
If you forgot the password that you set to access AVG settings, I have sent an email containing instructions to get connected with our remote assistance team. Please follow those instructions to get in touch with them to resolve your issue.
Hi! I am trying to deactivate the firewall but the internet security do not accept the password I use to access my AVG account. I have no idea if this is a bug or if there is another password and how to reset it. Tks
