I have a valid Internet Security subscription - I bought it in May 2017.
But
1) does not appear on my account signatures
2) I can not install the software! I've already downloaded several files and it always installs Antivirus Free!
I have been trying to get support in Brazil for no more than 1 week but they do not respond by email or phone.

I see that you have paid for AVG Internet Security (3 computers) product license which is valid till 5th June 219.
For AVG my account not showing the subscription details is actually the issue with AVG my account server and it can be resolved if it is escalated to concern team.
I have sent an email instruction which will help you to get connected with our additional support who can help you in activating AVG Internet Security and also collect screenshot of AVG my account for escalating the case.
