For more than a week Internet Security is not working well: web and email are deactivated, the same goes for hacker protection and the protection of personal data. This happened to 5 days of overcoming the subscription, now it is renewed (I have the email with the access key) but it is useless. All the solutions given by the AVG page are useless it is not possible to contact anyone who explains things I have written to the technical service three times and I have not had any response. I have been with AVG's services for many years and I have never had the problems I am having without having the absolute lack of technical support.
The only thing that I have left to do is uninstall the application and re -install it, if this does not work, I will have to plan to change the service provider and ask that the money be returned.
