I've recently had my computer wiped clean and the operating system re-loaded due to virus and malware attacks.
This happened a week after I renewed my internet security and tune up subscriptions.
I've down loaded the tune up software OK but when I try to download the internet software it doesn't recognize my licence number.
I got my licence number sent to me by email, just to double check it but it still doesn't recognize it.
Can you help me, please?
