Internet Security message says expiring

I purchased the AVG Internet Security package (not the Premium) via AVG website on Thursday (April 13, 2017).  I've successfully ran a scan which identified some issues.  The concern I'm having now is that I keep getting this pop-up message claiming that my "Internet Security will expire in 11 days" and asking if I want to renew.  Today, it showing 10 more days.  1) What's up with this message? and 2) do I need to do anything to stop getting these messages? and 3) Will my full coverage stop as it claims?
