Internet security, non active of "Identity Protection"

Dear Sir,
"Identity not protected" is being shown with rad color regularly whereas other 4 options are active. A dilog is also appearing "You are not fully proteced". Please do the needful to active identity component.

To get this issue fixed, we request you to run AVG Identity remover first in your pc. To run Identity remover please click on the following link http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/avg_idr_sup_____.dir/AVGIDPUninstaller.exe download and run the file. Once it has been done please restart your pc and then run AVG remover tool in your pc and then install AVG Internet Security back in your pc.
To run AVG remover tool for AVG Antivirus please follow the below steps :

Accept the license agreement and then choose AVG Product and remove it.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
