Internet security not in my subscriptions

If the subscriptions is not showing up in AVG my account, then there should be some synchronization issue.
However, the functionality or activation of the product will not get affected.
To fix that, send us the screenshot through the email that I have sent now with the license information of your Internet Security product.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
For activation, open AVG Internet Security interface.
Click on "My AVG" and select "My Subscriptions".
Click on "Enter license" and proceed to the enter the license mentioned in my email.
Check the expiry status and keep me informed about the status.

I have internet security 2 computers 2 years,paid for 20/11/2017, it does not show in my account, I need to reload on another computer, I need the registration code or key, how to find? AVG does not reply my email so I have a paid subscription which I cannot access, not ethical Mr AVG!

Robert, please try to update the program manually and check the expiry date.
