Still the same… the scan and repair disk tool get stucked at 10% when performing a PC tune up "fix problem".
This time I was able to avoid resetting everything but the problem remain on all my laptops.

We'd be glad to look into this. Did you re install AVG products after factory re install? Please make sure AVG PC TuneUp is running in Standard mode and run regular maintenance to remove junk and optimize performance. If the issue persists, please let us know when and what exactly is happening with your devices to assist you further. Also, let us know which version of Windows OS are you running on all the devices.
I have installed these 2 avg products on 3 of my laptops. When asked to do a disk check my computers got stucked at 10% on all 3 of them and I had to do a factory reinstall on all of them… Since then it has not been the same as the computers constantly freeze for no reason… What is happening there ?

We need to collect few AVG file logs to analyse the issue to find the root cause of it. I have sent an email instructions for you to collect the diagnostic logs from AVG, please follow the email instructions and send us the log files.
Once we get the log file we will escalate it to our senior team to further analyse the case.
