Internet security programe just opening to a black screen

I have tried repair and uninstall and reinstall a number of times but still the same. A couple of days ago I contacted AVG support and a guy came on to my pc remotly to try and sort out but could not.  He said he would get someone to contact me with a resolution but so far not heard anything.  Any one any ideas how to sort?

i had the same problem, only formatting and installing a new windows system helped me, but in the meantime when avg was not working from my metamask wallet, 3.5k USD in crypto was stolen :((
