I've been sent an email to say my AVG VPN has run out a week ago. I just paid my renewal subscription on the 19th June 2022.I paid $92. 99c. They are offering it to me if I renew, for $59.99c for 36% off! They didn't offer me anything off when I renewed. They must be looking at the old one for last year as I've checked in in My Account and in my Transaction booklet that I write all my incomings and outgoings down in and it's correct - I have paid it.
They are also treating me as though I'm a new customer as I got an email on 17th June saying, your premium begins today and telling me how to create an account etc. Somebody's not paying attention!
I've checked my appliances being used on the My Account on the interface and it says they are Subscribed and it says at the top that these are the things being used on my computer. At each one it says underneath that these have been active in last 30 days. Does this mean that they are active. When I look in My Account on the web site it has a download button at each one and the code numbers. Are these supposed to be there? I didn't know you had to download when you renewed, I thought it was just a case of renewing a surely it is still there?
My interface says I'm protected for everything on there, and doesn't show anything wrong with any of them or not paid etc. I recently ;paid for my AVG Security too. I remember going through the thing with copying the code etc to activate that.

It seems that all the programs are activated. You will see the download option and the activation code for each product in your AVG My Account. You can use that information to install AVG products on other devices.
If you renew your existing AVG products, you can just reactivate the programs to update the validity period.
