The AVG window when opened states I need a pc and a web update. I have attempted to update a few times and receive a message that the update is successful, but the update reminder messages remain in the window.
Then, when I run a complete scan, it won't operate either. It runs for a couple of seconds and states that the scan is completed but clearly no scan has taken place.

Can anyone assist please?
