Internet security screen is just solid black

AVG internet security and the VPN are open but when i view them they are solid black, i can move them around my screen and when i right click in the system try the menu opens but is also just black.

These seem to be the only programs impacted and I have tried uninstalling etc

Not sure what else to try.
