Once I made it happen according to a timed run rather than an odd request.
So now cured

We're glad to look into this & help you.
It seems that there are few synchronization issues with the last scan report.
In this regard, we'd suggest you to try repairing AVG program once & restart the computer to check if it helps.

When I run Smart Scan it completes all parts BUT last virus scan still says 15 days ago
