I am finding the same issue as a number of other people. I have AVG free installed, but when I try and access the AVG options setting screen I am taken to a screen advising that my Internet Security trial has expired. I am unable to access the settings.

i have seen the guidance to use the AVG removal tool and install AVG free, which I have now done two times. It works for a day, but then the message reappears.

Can you help?

Thank you for providing us the Screenshot, we request you to remove AVG Internet Security using AVG Clear https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe and reinstall the AVG Anti Virus FREE from http://www.avg.com/us-en/download
