In addition to the steps listed for activating Internet Security-Unlimited after initially installing a Trial Version, before you run AVG Remover, open AVG Zen, log out, and disconnect from your AVG network. Then download and run AVG Remover - I ran it twice - and download and install latest installer for the product. You are welcome.
