Hello Bill,
I am sorry to hear that AVG shows as free. I see from your record that you have active subscription of AVG Internet Security unlimited valid till 5/10/2018. Please open AVG AntiVirus free->Menu->About->Subscription. From here you can see a option "Logout". Please click on the same and logout from AVG MyAccount. Wait for few minutes and then restart the computer. After the restart, please open AVG Zen and login back to your AVG account. This should fix the issue. If you face any difficulties, feel free to contact us.
I have a subscription for Internet Security - Unlimited, but AVG keeps looping back to AVG Free and telling me to reboot. I occasionally see that AVG reports that my PC has Internet Security and tells me to reboot, which takes me back to AVG Free again.
I am logged in as Admin and I am Connected.
How can I get my subscription to "stick"?

Bill,
I would like to appreciate your efforts and sorry to hear the issue persist. The instructions provided should resolve the issue and I am sure that you have followed them in the mentioned logical order. I would request you to get connected to our remote support team. They will try to analyze the issue and help you to configure AVG Internet Security on your PC. If the issue persist, they will collect the necessary logs and escalate the case to higher level technical team for further analysis.
I have sent you an email with instructions on how to get connected to our remote support team. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder as well.
I very carefully followed the instructions above (I am a Network Manager). After I opened AVG Zen and logged in, I was directed by Internet Security to reboot, which I did, then, after the PC had completed booting, I was directed by AVG Free to reboot. After that reboot, I am currently logged in to my AVG account and have AVG Free, not Internet Security.
