Internet security update fails despite good internet connection

Hello Stephen,

I apologize for the inconvenience. I see that the update got corrupted, we need to reinstall AVG by installing the new version. I would request you to follow the steps in this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product to reinstall AVG by running AVG Remover and AVG Clear tool.

Once you uninstalled AVG program, please reinstall the new version https://www.avg.com/en-us/download
