We're here to help. Could you share a screenshot (http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) of AVG dashboard showing the error message? Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

For sometime my Internet Security has been unable to update my virus definitions (currently using 14/8/18). All computers utilising my subscription (which is paid up til July 2019) are experiencing the same issue. I have tried restarting and repairing AVG through the control panel with no luck.
