Internet security Web online shield enabled but not completely functional

I apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please try to reinstall Web shield component alone and check if the issue is resolved.

1. Open AVG Internet Security, click on Menu -> Settings -> Components.
2. Click on drop down arrow against Web shield and click 'Uninstall component'.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
4. Reboot your computer once and reinstall the component from the same place.

I received this message. I tried Fix Now. No luck. I went to Repair. No luck. how do I fix this error?
