Internet Security Will Not Update

Could you please let us know the exact error message that you receive while updating the AVG program? Also, please remove the other security software (if any) as they will conflict with the AVG program. Hello Michael,
Thank you for the information. We would request you  to remove previously installed program traces of (AVG 2015 or AVG 2014)from your system using AVG Remover tool and then try to reinstall AVG Internet Security.
Note: If you have installed any other conflicting programs like AVAST, NORTON, McAfee or KASPERSKY  try to uninstall it.
Once you have uninstalled from your system,try to follow the steps which mentioned below.
Remover and Download:
1) To download AVG remover tool, please click on this link:  http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-reinstall-AVG
2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
3) Restart your PC when the restart option is displayed on the remover tool screen.
4)Once you have logged into your PC after the restart, please go to C:\ drive and delete the "AVG REMOVER" folder manually.
Note : Please use the AVG Remover tool mentioned on the article to uninstall the AVG program more effectively.

Internet Security will not update. I have attempted a repair on AVG program, uninstalled/reinstalled (several times), used a separate malware scanner, reverted back to another restore point on my PC…for HOURS today. I've done everything that I can do. What is the deal here, and when is it going to be fixed? I have a PAID subscription.
