Internet Security won't download!

I have AVG Ultimate & its appropriate apps installed successfully on one Apple laptop & 2 cellphones with no problems.

I downloaded AVG Zen for my family's Windows 10 pc & have the PC & Web tune up sections working but the Internet Security will not download.  I tried multiple times, updated the computer itself, tried downloading again today after the pc update finished.  Still doesn't work.  Error code 0xE00100958: Access Denied, but (if I remember correctly because,) now I have Error Code 0xe001f921 saying another AVG download/installation is already in progress.  But I don't have anything downloading.

If you can help, that'd be awesome.  Thanks a lot in advance!
