Hi Delli,
Attached is a screenshot of the issue. The app won't "TURN ON" at all when you click on it.
Either the Internet Security files have been corrupted, or there is a problem with the app. I've re-installed Internet Security even after it wouldn't uninstall the original download. The app still doesn't want to turn on.
