Thank you for confirming that you have cancelled the auto renewal for Internet Security license.
We could see that your AVG Internet Security (1 computer) license is expiring on 25th November 2018 and the auto renewal was successfully cancelled. 
You will not be auto charged for this license.
As per your description in the original post: AVG Community, we are sorry to know that you aren't happy with the product due to a scan issue.
If you would like to get assistance, we will be able to provide our additional support who can identify the root cause and escalate it to concern team for fixing the issue. 

Please ignore my previous post regarding cancelling my subscription ; that's what comes of not reading emails through to the very end :-)  I followed the link at the end of the email and have hopefully cancelled my subscription. Thanks.
