I request you to open the AVG user interface and check whether your email address is displayed at the top.
If the email address is present, please click on it and select "Leave this network"
Restart the PC once.
Open the AVG user interface again and you will have the "connect" option.
Please click on it and select "Log into existing account", enter the AVG my account username and password.
Check whether AVG Internet Security is activated and there shouldn't be any trial notices.
I am being told that my internet security free trial is over yet I have paid! Please help!
