Are you using the Windows XP Service Pack 3 operating system?
I paid for the program for two computers, I downloaded and tried to install on first machine, it ended up saying computer not compatable, It has been running AVG in the past, it is XP I have not figured how to put on second machine which is Win 7, maybe I could load it to a stick and install that way ? help please, James
