Those pop ups are promotion ad from the AVG.
If you wish you can disable them from the AVG settings.

AVG >> Menu >> Settings >> Privacy Policy >> Offers (kindly uncheck this options)

I have purchased AVG Internet Security and Breach Guard because we were compromised by the internet. Now When I open the internet I get pop ups wanting me to purchase other products. How much AVG do I have to purchase to be safe? I already spent $120 (without discounts).
