Hello Michael.
We're sorry to hear that you are unable to cancel automatic renewal of an AVG subscription from your end.
I have cancelled it from our end and sent an email confirming the same to your registered email address.
We assure you will not be charged for its renewal.

I have been advised that I will be charged for a subscription on the 23rd October that I am not subscribed to and have not ordered. It does not appear on my account so cannot follow instructions to cancel How do I stop this charge before taken, or do I have to wait for charge to be made and reclaim within 30days?
Have contacted my card provider but appears that the charge has to be made before they can claim it back.
