For this particular issue, it is recommended to perform a re-installation using our removal tools.
Run AVG removal tool followed by Clear tool, as mentioned (here).
NOTE: If there are no AVG program found, click on "Run Anyway" to proceed with the removal.
Proceed to install your AVG Internet Security program, as mentioned (here).

Renewed my AVG protection but get notifications it is out of date tried downloading again but get told i already have the product, unsure if i am protected or not, seems i only have the free limited protection when i have paid for full protection, help
