In the mean time I gave the laptop to my IT guy and he has sucessfully removed the internet security form my laptop in safe mode, Im reluctant to reinstall as he could not garentee that it would not happen again.
any attemp to run AVG internet security would result in the resident shield identifying the program as infected and segesting the program be quarentined or removed, this included AVG PC tune up. When i Closed the resident shield without accepting the recomendation, and attemped to run the AVG internet Security in admin it said the it could not open the file as i may not have privlages to do that, evan though my account was admin
