I see that you have purchased AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) valid till 12/20/2018 and  AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) good till 1/23/2019. Hence please let us know whether you receive that notification as an email or as a pop up in AVG user interface.
If you are encountering the pop up in AVG user interface, then please share the screenshot of that pop up to assist further.
