Hello, I have the same problem as Jani and Carlos.
I did everything. I repaired Avg but it didn't work. I uninstalled Avg and downloaded it again but still didn't work :/
The error message reads on the 'My Subscription' tab. I removed the program and reinstalled it, no effect on it. I'm still putting this screenshot on what the program asks me to do if you can help.User-added image
Did not help the problem. What else could I try?
Jani, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Hi, my Internet Security program is not working right. Section My subscription > Renew subscription > says " The online content is unavailable, please check your internet connection and try again" How do I get it to work? Thank you for your answer.

Are you receiving this error message when you try to login? Please uninstall AVG Internet Security and re install it to resolve the issue.
