On my green protection screen it says I am protected …(the 5 icons have a green tick sign) but there is a warning above in red letters saying "I am not protected " with a "Fix now" box next and that the problem will be fixed when I restart my computer. I have tried that a few times but the red warning is still there… any ideas? as I hope my security of functioning properly
