Are you receiving the renewal notification email to the same email address that you used to contact us here? This is strange because you do not have an AVG Internet Security subscription which expired recently or about to expire. I have sent an email, please forward the renewal notification email you received to us.
Regarding the outdated virus definitions, please repair AVG and then try to update the virus definitions.
Dear AVG. Two important questions!!! - A) I get an email from you, invicting me to subscribe to Internet Security again. I have Internet Security and my subscription just expire on September 12/ 2020.
How is that? - B) I open Internet security and… a warning appears " Virus definitions are out of date"…click" Update Now"…and it's just looking for hours. Doesn't update anything. Please fix this too. Thank you for yor reply. Best regards. H. Schneider
