Thanks - things appear to be working again and currently running a full scan.

Also, just noticed in AVG MyAccount in subscriptions that it recommends upgrading to AVG Protection Pro - is this different than the Internet Security I have currently paid for? When I click on the Learn More link it just compares Internet Security and AVG Antivirus free?

As I said there is NO other AVG software installed, NO other Antivirus software installed. What do you want me to uninstall? The computer came with McAfee, but as i said I had UNINSTALLED this.

Hi

No error message - looks like it is installed ok, but just won't run. get no message. Nothing.

It used to run on the computer then all of a sudden disaapeared.

No other AVG software installed, no other antivirus installed (I had uninstalled McAfee which came with it) - although need to rectify ASAP otherwise I will have to install something else as computer doesn't appear to have any protection.

Hi

We have Internet Security and a while ago I noticed it was no longer running on one of the computers. I have tried reinstalling but still doesn't work. Nothing happens when you click on the icon. PC is running Windows 7.

Have tried to contact support through the website but the continue button isn't working :frowning:
