We are sorry to hear this. Open AVG Internet Security program interface, click on "My AVG–>My Subscriptions".
If you see the option as "Enter a valid activation code", click on it and enter the license that you renewed recently for AVG Internet Security.
I could see another license for AVG Internet Security (1 computer) on your account which is expiring on 6th June 2019.
Check whether both of these information are appearing on "my subscriptions" window of AVG Internet Security program.
If you using only one computer, then we can arrange for license merge.

I keep being asked to take out AVG Internet Security whenever I turn
on my computer, but I have a copy of an e mail stating that my subscription to AVG Internet Security continues & I don't need to do anything. The subscription period should have started on March 5th 2019. Please can you tell me if I have Internet Security or not.
