Thank you for contacting us here. We would suggest you to disable AVG temporarily when connected to LAN or Wireless internet connection on your PC and check if you can send/receive the emails. To disable AVG protection temporarily, right click on AVG system tray icon at the bottom right hand corner. Then drag the switch against "Protection" to off. Also, please let us know if you use any email client like Outlook to check email or you login to email account in a web browser.

I am running AVG Internet Security version: 17.4.3014  I am unable to send/receive email on my LAN or Comcast wireless.  If I connect to my phone hotspot email works fine.  How do I access the AVG firewall settings?  If I select menu & device settings there aren't any options available.
