I understand your concerns regarding the interruption of services despite paying in full. This does not seem to be standard practice, and it is indeed unfair. I recommend reaching out to AVG customer support to resolve this issue and clarify the situation. Additionally, inquire about the upgrade charge to ensure you have all the necessary information to make an informed decision.

Payment is not due till November but AVG still stops the services of the Hacker Attacks and Personal Data but I have paid for this in full.  If this is standard and it never was why bully me and hold me to ramson even though I have paid in full for this service. I do not think this fair and good business.  And now that I have updated my payment details still no service from the hacker/personal data and you want me to pay £1.50 for a upgrade!
