I got a new installation of Windows 10 on my computer and  now its not possible to download the securitry program

Tune up and VPN has been downloaden -please help.

Hello again
I have installed a new <windows 10 on my PC - after it has been clean for eveything
I can install VPN and Tune up without any problems, I try to install The security program ( it tell me after a while that its ready, but I can not activate it - ( make it AKTIV ) 
Please tell me what to do
