My AVG has the internet shield turned off. I have tried to turn it on but is automatically turns off. Even from the options menu it happens. Can you please help me?

I've tried to repair AVG but problem persists.
The version of AVG is:

Please repair AVG Internet security/ AVG Antivirus free http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-repair-AVG from the control panel and then check the status. If the issue persists, please share a screenshot of AVG Interface and let me know the version to assist further.
