Internet stops when using Youtube

Hi Dean,

This shouldn't be due to AVG.
However, let us check and confirm it.
Please refer this article and disable individual components of AVG Internet Security/Antivirus free.
After disabling each component, check the status with Internet while accessing YouTube.
Please identify which component is causing the issue.
Let us know whether you are using AVG Antivirus free or AVG Internet Security.

Everytime I try and watch Youtube, my internet connection is shut down and I have to reset it.  
I ran diagnostics on my network card and it is fine.  I have a work pc that does not have AVG and it works with Youtube as it should.  I am using Chrome.  I just had my network router replaced hoping that was the issue, but that did not resolve.  Is there a setting in AVG that could be causing this?
