Internet too slow

Hi

Since I started using all of AVG services, all of my browsers crush and im not able to use internet because is too slow. Even the simplest function like opening my email is imposible because of that.
By the way, to be able to write this threat i needed to disable my firewall and online shield.

I certainly understand this must be frustrating. Please disable the HTTPS scan setting in AVG and check if that resolves the issue. If it does, consider this as a temporary fix. Our technical team is working on a permanent fix and this issue will be resolved at the earliest.

Open AVG Internet Security and click on Menu->Settings-> Components->Online shield->Customize->Main settings-> uncheck HTTPS scan.

today i tried everything you said. changed my settings in the online shield, checked if the secure vpn was installed and it was not, and still i cant use internet in my computer. is the only device that have slow internet in the house, every other computer or phone is fine, and is the only devoce with avg. please can you fix my problem?

After you helped me (and I tried everything you said), the issue improved but after a few days its still very hard to use the internet in my computer.
Can you please check my computer? Maybe its a virus? or maybe its my computer and not you? Anyway, can you please check this, because we tried the generic answers and now im needing a more personal help.

I made what you said and the internet is coming back to normal (slowly but ill take it!).

Hi again

Today I tried my internet and it was better, still not good tho, I tried your tip and it improved a little the situation, but my browser still crushes (didnt happen before AVG) syaing that it cant connect to internet.
This problem started after y used a recomended AVGs function, saying that everyone can see what i do and that i must protect my privacy.
