Dear all,

We are a Belgium based company and received an invoice (#3502730357), stating 21% VAT, from AVG eCommerce CY Limited in The Netherlands. Our IC VAT-number can be found in our account settings and so known by AVG. Can someone explain me why we have to pay VAT on a IC transaction? This VAT can not be refunded by the Belgian VAT authorities. How can we get a credit note and a refund of this IC VAT?
