Intune company portal does not register this Android device

I am not being able to connect to my company apps like outlook, teams, etc through the intune company portal. This app shows the device in compliant state, but does not register it. I have tried with avg vpn and without. Looks like I have given avg antivirus, vpn and cleaner some core access to my device due to which intune company portal considers my device as rooted. Most common error given is "max device reached", but I have checked on Microsoft devices management website and it only shows 1 device, my mobile samsung M21. I have tried deleting and registering, but does not work
