Hi Peter,
You bought AVG Ultimate we don't use license for those new products, you can download it from AVG MyAccount and activate it using AVG MyAccount login.

paid to re new my account to jan 2016 but do not have any protection as states my licence expired and must enter new licence number…where to i get this from…going around in circles on "'support pages'"
