I recently renewed my AVG to the 2015 and after downloading the latest online, recieved both the registration and my back-up CD. My problem is that I have recently wiped my computer and reinstalled AVG 2015 utilizing my back-up CD,…to find that my registration code (C&P'd from my e-mail) does not work. I get an error code indicating that it is invalid. Do I require a differrent code for the use of the back-up CD. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am currently running with the most basic of protection. Thanks for your help
