I am sorry to hear that. Please select the correct Os device when sending the invitation code. Surface pro 4 Operating system is Windows 10, so please select windows device and then send the invitation.

If you still face any issue, you can activate the program with your Myaccount credentials.

I have AVG  (Paid) installed on my PC and wish to ask my Microsoft Surface Pro 4 to join. I follow the process but the given code (000 -00 0-0 00) is not accepted. What am I doing wrong please?
