You've been charged because you agreed to automatic extension of your subscription when you originally purchased AVG AntiVirus (1 computer) license. Unfortunately, the automatic renewal was not cancelled. We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account.
Information about your subscription, including instructions on how to unsubscribe from future renewals, are included in all order confirmation emails. We also send a notice by email before the charge takes place (except for monthly subscriptions). When your subscription is extended, we send an additional order confirmation email. This also contained information on how to unsubscribe.
We understand that people may overlook these things, and emails might end up in spam folders. So we sincerely apologize if you didn’t know that you’d subscribed and that we’d be charging you again to extend your subscription.
I have sent an email containing invoice of the recent order. Please check your inbox and spam box as well.
I'd also like to confirm that the automatic renewal for this subscription is cancelled and I assure you will not be charged for its renewal next year. However, the current subscription will be active until it expires on 10th Oct 2020.
Good day. I thought I had cancelled auto-renew but was billed for another year.
There is no record of an invoice in my account for the charge. Please email and ensure am not charged again!
