Invoice for a produkt I don't own, want, and can't quit?

A few days ago I received an email telling me that my trial period for a product is about to end and I need to cancel it before it becomes a paid version.
So I logged in with my email to see what that subscription should be, but the site didn't show me one. So I couldn't cancel anything.
I then wrote an email in response to support (support-de@help.avg.com) that I would like to cancel whatever I should have here during the trial period, but received no response.

Now an amount was deducted from my PayPal account and an email was sent saying I could cancel 30 days after receipt of payment and get my money back. So I log in again and lo and behold. under "my subscriptions" is still nothing.

How the hell am I supposed to cancel something that's not listed?!
