Hi,
On the 16th of October, the AVG TuneUp subscription (Multiple devices) was paid, however I did not receive the email with the payment invoice. How can I get a duplicate of the invoice, is that I need to justify the payment for accounting purposes.

Pedro, we cannot share your invoice on this public forum due to security reasons.
We did send you an order confirmation email on 16th Oct 2020. Alternatively, Midhun has sent the invoice manually as an attachment in his email.
Did you not receive these emails?

What I'm trying to say is that I didn't receive the email or it ended up in the spam folder and it automatically cleared the email. Give me my contact to send me the email or a copy of the invoice again.
Anyway, let me say that your method of sending invoices is terrible, as you should make them available in our customer account so that we can access them at any time.
I thank you as soon as you send me a copy as soon as possible.
