If a company sells to another comapny in European Community, an invoice can be requested without VAT. For that, the buyer just needs to provide a valid VAT number that can be validated through VIES (European Commission VAT number validation page).

i'd like to be contacted in order to provide my company's VAT number and have access to an invoice without VAT.
